Sarah has contributed to the latest episode of the Grrls Like Us podcast, picking three tracks from artists on the Reckless Yes roster.
The show, which plays amazing new DIY grrls (inclusively defined) across genres including indiepop, punk and post-punk, perfectly fits with the ethos of what we do at Reckless Yes and it was great to be able to pull out three amazing tracks from 2018. In truth is was a hard call – we could have picked more given the roster we’ve got and the releases we’ve put out – but our picks are part of a sweet line-up so make sure you give it all a listen.

- Fightmilk – Solving Crimes in Sweden
- Chorusgirl – In Dreams.
Sarah said, “I love this show and have found some great new tracks and artists through it over the last few episodes so it was lovely to be asked to contribute. DIY artists, especially those under-represented in mainstream media, need as much support as possible and so podcasts like Grrls Like Us are an ever-more important part of the music scene.”
After we finished The Rumble at the end of 2016 we at Reckless Yes have taken a break from broadcast but I have to say contributing to Grrls Like Us has given us the taste for it again. Perhaps 2019 has something in store on the airwaves…
